If you’re looking for a home removals company to just do the heavy lifting then we’re here too help! Our basic removal option provides you with an expert removal team, van hire and fuel costs and like-for-like insurance cover. The team will use specialist removal covers on the day to fully protect your large items. In advance of the move, we will also provide you with a full home removals pack to include:

DISMANTLE & REASSEMBLE
OUR SAVE-TIME-AND-HASSLE OPTION
Most customers opt for us to take care of their dismantling and reassembly when booking their home move with us. The feedback on this service is that is generally takes a whole heap of stress out of their move! Our team can usually dismantle your furniture of the morning of the move and will get everything reassembled before they leave your new property. The items we can dismantle include:

- Book shelves or display units
- Trampolines and play equipment
HOME PACKING SERVICE
OUR FULL-SHABANG OPTION
If you do not feel you are able or have the time to pack yourselves then we have full or part packing options which are becoming increasingly popular with our customers. All we ask is that you pack an overnight bag with any essentials and then we will take care of the rest! If you would only like us to part pack then we can quote for this too. The full benefits of our full packing service are:

PROTECTIVE REMOVAL COVERS
We will provide specialist removal covers for all of your large furniture items, white goods, mattresses, TVs, picture frames and more! These covers are provided free of charge and as standard for all moves, regardless of which package you select. This is because we believe that as a reputable removal company, it is our job to ensure your belongings make it from A to B in one piece. Our specialist covers are designed and manufactured especially for each particular item. They also come with handles to ensure our specialist removal team can securely hold and manoeuvre it on and off the van.
We even bring covers for your front door and banister, to reduce the likelihood of damage to your property, even if awkward entry places. You will see from our quotation that we offer the additional extra of adding carpet protection. This is most popular with our customers who are moving to new builds or have cream carpet at either property. If we do not have a protective cover then rest assured our team will use blankets and shrink wrap to protect your belongings during the move.
WE’RE FULLY INSURED
To give you full peace of mind, we’re fully insured. But the good news doesn’t stop there. Depending on the removal package of choice, we’re able to offer both basic and comprehensive goods in transit insurance. We also offer full extended liability free of charge, meaning your items are covered up to their full value. We also have public and professional liability insurance, which covers both your property, yourselves and your neighbours!
What’s more, we don’t charge you anything for insurance. You are covered completely free of charge when you book your move with us. We wouldn’t expect anything less, so why should you?

Finally, should you require us to take any items to landfill following a home removal or house clearance service, we can legally do so as we are licensed waste carriers. This means that we have registered with the national Environment Agency, informing them of our intent, and agree to dispose of all waste in line with UK regulations.

We know that when you move house there are lots of things to think about and naturally you will have a lot of questions.
Therefore, we have compiled our FAQs below which should give you some answers. If your query isn’t covered here, please do not hesitate to contact us and one of our knowledgeable representatives will happy to help you.
Where can I get packing boxes from?
We can provide these for you as part of any of our removal services. You will receive the option to add them when we send our quotation to you. We will then deliver them to you at any time to suit before the move.
How much do removal companies cost?
Every move is different so we do not believe in a one size fits all. Therefore we have created removal packages which are completely unique to us. We provide all prospective customers with a free, no obligation quote so why not give us a quick call for a more accurate price?
How long does moving take?
Our basic home removals option usually takes place over one day. If you are buying your new home then you will need to be out of your current property by 1pm on the day of completion. Don't worry though, if the solicitors do not release the keys until later in the day, we do not charge key waiting times or have any other hidden fees. If you select our dismantling service, we usually do this on the day too, depending on how much you have to dismantle. Our packing service usually takes place on the day before the move.
When should I book a home removals company?
We can provide you with a quote at any time during your moving process.
If you are renting, chances are your moving out date is agreed between you and your landlord. On the other hand, if you are buying/selling your new home, you will need to have a date agreed with your solicitor. As this date changes from time-to-time, we suggest that you only send us your deposit once a date has been finalised by all parties.
When is the best time to move house?
We find that more people move house during the summer months and if you are selling your property this might be something to consider. However, our business isn't seasonal and we work all year round.
We also find that most people want to move towards the end of the week and Wednesday - Friday is normally fully booked. Therefore, to avoid disappointment, we suggest trying to move earlier in the week if you are in a position to do so.

We provide a local and national service. Most of our customers move from Birmingham, Sandwell and Dudley. However, we will travel the length and breadth of the country to see your goods arrive safely in your new home.
