PURPOSE BUILT & SECURE
If you have been actively researching your options then you may have noticed there are different methods of storing your belongings.
We only use purpose-built warehouses for the storing of our customers’ goods. Not only are these the most weather-proof solution, but they are often the most secure. Your unit will be secured with its own padlock and key.
In addition, our partners have full CCTV, fully-manned front desks and smoke detection. This means that you can leave your belongings with them and have full peace of mind.
EASY ACCESS
Whether you choose to book your storage through us or with our partners directly, access is available 7 days a week. What’s more, there are both lifts available to access higher levels plus the free hire of trollies, cages and even forklifts to enable the safe loading and unloading of your belongings.
If you book with us, we provide access to your unit on an appointment basis. However, we will arrange a suitable time for you during any of the available opening hours from our holding partner.
VALUE FOR MONEY
We are fully aware that budget is a big factor when it comes to self-storage, particularly if your belongings are being stored long-term. Therefore, we only work with partners who provide cost-effective, value-for-money storage solutions UK.
The companies we work for are competitively priced anyway. However, they also run deals throughout the year. As a removal partner, we are often given preferential rates or payment terms. We are then able to pass these savings onto you, our valued customer.

With short-term storage contracts lasting 7 days to long -term storage deals, with Space Station we can find a solution to suit all needs, requirements and budgets.
Whilst we use their facilities to provide storage for our customers, when Space Station’s customers book removals through them, they use us! Recommendations don’t come higher than that.

WHAT IS SELF STORAGE?
If you need a little extra space to store your goods then custom-built units are an excellent solution. This option allows you to visit the warehouse at a time to suit you to load/unload goods, but also if you need access to your belongings whilst they are being stored.
It is different to companies that offer the option to handle your storage for you. You will be tied to this company for both the load and unload of goods and access to your belongings is limited to when someone is available.
HOW MUCH DOES SELF STORAGE COST?
The cost of your unit really will depend on the size you need and the length of time you want to hire it for. This is because different storage providers have different sized units available. The price of which increases depending on the size you require.

HOW LONG CAN I KEEP MY GOODS IN STORAGE?
For as long as you need! Whether your need is temporary or more permanent, we can find the right solution for you.
When you’re ready to have your goods back or want to move them elsewhere, just let us know and we’ll arrange a date for the removal. Additionally, goods and access to your belongings is limited to when someone is available.
HOW ARE MY GOODS PROTECTED WHILST BEING STORED?
Whilst in transit, both to and from the unit, your goods are protected using our specialist removal covers. These covers are designed specifically to minimise damage during home removals.
Furthermore, we will bring these for all of your large furniture, white goods, mattresses, TVs and more. However, once we arrive at the storing facility, we recommend that all soft furnishings are protected with single-use plastic covers. This ensures that they stay clean and safe whilst they are being stored.
CAN I USE MY OWN STORAGE FACILITY?
For some of our customers, the location of some storage providers is not convenient for them. If you find a storage unit which is closer to home, then you are more than welcome to arrange to store your goods with them yourselves.
However, as we are not partners, we cannot look after the contract for you. Instead, we can advise what size unit you will need and can then load/unload your belongings on a date that suits you.
